I cut the internet service I was paying for at my apartment. I thought I could save $60 a month by just using the school’s internet. I’ve started my life style changes on monday. I changed my life by changing my eating habits and activity levels. I’ve gained 20 pounds since I’ve moved to LA and it’s time to get back in shape. I have to practice what I preach.

There is something about the water
I love being by the water. Who doesn’t? All of my favorite moments (with the exception of a few others) have been by the water, or better yet, the ocean. I can’t wait for this semester to be over. Football is entertaining especially since the bay area teams are finally doing good. That ____ cray. I’m thinking on doing my internship in the bay this summer. That’ll be fun.

It’s birthday month for most of my friends. Its also midterm month. Tomorrow i’ll be helping CSUN PT with the annual Japanese student visit. I was in charge of wheel chair races but we canceled them due to lack of interest. On Monday we have our orthopedic physical therapy midterm covering the entire upper extremity. Wish me luck.

Today was a crazy day. Crazy but good. My class and I had our first Neurological Physical Therapy Exam today accompanied with a lab practical where you act as a PT giving a neurological physical therapy examination.
