It’s another Sunday evening spent in a classroom studying. My family and I will be spending Thanksgiving weekend in Monterey with my brother, but before then I have to finish two more midterms, and two take home assignments.

It’s been awhile since my family has got to vacation together. If you know my family, you know that we’re all very busy. Or we make ourselves busy. We all have to be on the move.

My cousins came out here to visit me on saturday and I took them to Oinksters in Eagle Rock. I told Eric that he’ll have the best Ube shake he’ll have in his entire life. He agreed. Fe asked me if I have any “quiet people in my family.” We don’t.

I talked with Fe about adopting. I’ve heard that phrase thrown around a lot but I don’t see anyone adopting. I’m thinking about it. I understand that when you adopt a child, you are becoming that child’s parent. That’s more than words. I’ll pray more about it, and if God deems it so than I’ll be adopting a child.

I’m done procrastinating.
