I cut the internet service I was paying for at my apartment. I thought I could save $60 a month by just using the school’s internet. I’ve started my life style changes on monday. I changed my life by changing my eating habits and activity levels. I’ve gained 20 pounds since I’ve moved to LA and it’s time to get back in shape. I have to practice what I preach.
Did you know that Cardiovascular Disease claims more deaths per year than cancer?
I’m taking a Cardiopulmonary (heart and lungs) Course for Physical Therapists and it’s awesome. Our class is in the process of submitting our internship requests and I hope to intern in an outpatient orthopedic clinic for my second rotation. San Diego State University is under the process of gaining accreditation for a Physical Therapy Program. That will be 6 public schools providing Doctorate Physical Therapy Programs in California. “The Supply and Demand curves will not cross for the nest 20 years,” Rick Katz told our class last Thursday.
CSUN has opened up a brand recreational center and it’s awesome. I’ve been back at the gym pretty hard and I hope to lose that 20 pounds. Check out the website, you will be in awe. Full of awe. http://src.csun.edu/.
I started playing basketball with my classmates, it’s fun. I also stared to read the bible. I read a couple verses in Job (pronounced Joeb) and in Romans which is a letter written by Saint Paul.
Job was a happy man who had a huge family, land and wealth. HIs family was taken away from him, he lost his wealth and his good health. He refused to blaspheme God. That tells me that I will Love God even though things don’t go right all the time. My love for him will deliver me to him when I pass. Thanks only when things go good is not complete love.
